![]() Cancellations may be made over the phone only. Container removal fees may apply to cancellations. Cancellation of Service within the first 12 months will incur a $75 cancellation fee to cover the increased costs due to early termination. Service cancellations completed during a current billing cycle are not entitled to prorations or refunds for the current or previous billing cycles. For all other cancellations advanced notice is required and will be effective the end of Service term. Customer will be notified of any additional charges at time of scheduling.Ĭancellations: Customer has the right to rescind your initial order for Service within 3 days of your order without incurring any charges. By paying a statement or continuing services after a rate or fee change, Customer acknowledges and agrees to such change.Īdditional services rendered by WD to Customer, including but not limited to, non-standard bulk removal, additional pickups, and return trips, are not part of standard Charges and will be billed accordingly. Customer will be notified of any rate adjustments initiated by WD or Customer by email or in the form of a change on your statement. Changes beyond WD’s control, including changes in local, state or federal laws or regulations, imposition of taxes, fees or surcharges, acts of God and natural disasters, changes in fuel or disposal rates, and CPI increases may necessitate WD to adjust rates. ![]() ![]() Rates: Changes by Customer in the frequency of collection, collection schedule, number, capacity and/or type of Equipment, or by the actions and practices of the Customer may reflect rates adjustments. If Services are suspended or terminated by either party, Customer understands and agrees that WD will not refund, pro-rate, or return any amounts previously paid by Customer in advance of pre-paid services, unless such refund is required by law or regulation. Late or partial payments will incur late charges, as allowed under applicable law, and may result in suspension of Service until full payment is received and processed.īy accepting Service, Customer agrees to continue the Service for the billing period at the billed rate. Payment by Customer is due to WD before term of Service has started, as outlined on billing Statement. WD is not liable for damage or loss of property incurred by improper placement or use of equipment.Ĭustomer shall not put out prohibited waste material for disposal including items deemed hazardous, explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, biomedical, infectious, or otherwise regulated by applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations or other waste material that is prohibited from being received, or disposed of at the disposal facility including tires.īilling & Payment: WD will bill Customer periodically (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, annually) in advance of Service rendered. Loss or damage caused by improper use or storage of WD equipment by Customer may result in additional fees including replacement and redelivery/removal.Ĭollection: Customer shall provide clear, safe and unobstructed access to WD Equipment for service. Customer is responsible for all loss or damage to the Equipment, except for normal wear and tear. Equipment: All equipment provided by WD to Customer, including toters, carts, and bins, is and shall remain WD’s property while in the care of Customer.
